In the territory of Capolona, Cenina Parish Church is definitely a place to visit, especially for its location that allows a wonderful view. Located on a small hill, it is dedicated to Saint Lucia, the patron saint of sight. The architecture of the Cenina Parish Church, both inside and outside, has an unidentifiable style. The origins of the Cenina Parish Church are not well known, the oldest record found dates back to 1109, a donation to the Camaldoli monastery whose deed was signed in front of the door of the church of Santa Maria di Cenina, probably the old disappeared church. The current church is documented in a significant restoration in 1842.
